This year this has been the second case of an Ivancice resident being caught spreading child porn. The suspect faces up to three years in prison, if found guilty. He offered pornography on a website which he entered under a nickname.
The website's operator reported the case to the police and the offender was detected. The investigation showed that the suspect spread pornographic photos and videos 26 times from October 2006 to October 2007, all at the receiver's requests. He did not trade in the porn materials. "It is obvious from the recordings that they feature girls aged under 18.
