Czech president dissipates fears of U.S. base on Czech soil ... "The Book of Safety" should prevent the cases of patients being harmed by the treatment or fearing hospitalisation unnecessarily. It should teach patients to change their attitudes and become active partners to their doctors. The patients' rights, described in the book, will be embedded in the law on health care services, which is one of the seven reform bills in the Health Ministry's package. Deputy health minister Marketa Hellerova added that "The Book of Safety" was part of the ministry's portal of quality and safety.
