US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is on her way to Europe for crisis talks with NATO allies on the situation in Georgia.
Her first stop is Brussels where she will meet EU leadership including French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner and European Union High Representative Javier Solana. Rice's visit will also take her to Warsaw where she is scheduled to sign a key missile defense shield pact with Poland on Wednesday.
