He said the Czech Republic supports Georgia's sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, including South Ossetia and Abkhasia.
The cabinet also supported the conclusions of the EU ministerial council that met last week and the plan of French President Nicolas Sarkozy.
The Czech government has called on Russia to withdraw from Georgia, Topolanek said.
He added that the country is prepared to take part in a possible international mission.
