The Bejing Olympics have entered their last day.
The Games will be concluded with competitions in athletics, boxing, basketball, water polo, handball, volleyball and rhythmic gymnastics. Germany is currently in fifth position in the medals table with an overall tally of 16 gold, 10 silver and 15 bronze medals. The Olympic flame will be extinguished during the closing ceremony at Bird's Nest stadium at 8 pm local time.
